Chef de cuisine Henrik Cleve leads the kitchen team since summer 2010.
He created his own artfully style in different hotels in switzerland and abroad, which our guests recognize in regional Swiss specialities as well as in international menus and buffets.

Weekly specialities at the Laaxerhof:

  • Saturday evening: Buffet Laaxerhof
  • Tuesday evening: Buffet Rustico or theme buffet
  • Sunday at lunchtime: small lunch buffet

Wether meat or fish, wether vegetarian, classic or gourmet, our menu offers you variety and pleasure for all tastes. Thereto one bottle of corresponding wine more than 700 selected wines from all over the world and your evening full of atmosphere is arranged.
